Kid Fit is a program for children 4 years and older. We will focus on improving cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
We will start our sessions with the agenda in the kid's WOD Books. We will use these to work on reading, math and writing skills.
There will be a fun warm-up, skills session, WOD (Workout of the Day), and a game at the end.
We will also focus on being encouraging and supportive of peers to develop a community atmosphere. Above all, we will have FUN!!!

$50 per month or $10 per session
