Fundamental Class: This class is for all new CrossFitters.  There are four Fundamental classes that should be completed before you begin attending regular classes.   After you have completed four classes you will feel more comfortable with the skills which will enable you to succeed in the regular WODs.   Each class will have stretching, warm up, skill work, WOD, cool down, and more stretching.  Please call to schedule your first workout!

Open Gym: This is a time slot in which you can choose your own workout or work on skills that you want to develop. You will be on your own to run your workout.

Olympic Lifting Class: Weekly skills session focusing on the Olympic Lifts: snatch, clean and jerk.  Cost is $5 per class or $25 for the month for CF4E members. $10 per class or $50 for the month for non-members.
